Tiny Desk AI Video is provided by One Hub All AI. These terms apply together with the platform terms, our Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Policy. Contact support@onehuballai.com for service questions.

Using the service

You must be 18 or older and provide accurate account information. Keep your account secure. You are responsible for the rights and permissions needed for your submitted materials and intended uses. Photos are optional; the performance template and prompt are fixed.

Credits and generation

Your account and credits are managed by One Hub All AI. The credit cost for the selected format and quality is shown before you confirm a generation. A quote has an expiry time. Changing your selection requires a new quote; an expired quote cannot be used.

Acceptance, processing and completion are different states. A missing response or interrupted browser connection does not prove that a job failed or that credits were released. Check the original request status before making another request. Credit handling follows the confirmed job outcome and the original credit expiry rules; expired credits do not become newly valid merely because a reservation is released.

Subscriptions, credit purchases and refund requests are governed by the platform terms and the disclosures shown at checkout. This page does not promise a cash refund for every failed or rejected generation.

AI output and restrictions

AI output can vary or contain errors. Examples are illustrative and do not guarantee a particular result, exact likeness or platform acceptance. You must inspect your result before use and label AI-generated media appropriately. Permission and a successful automated check do not waive the Acceptable Use Policy or grant rights in footage, music or a person's identity.

We may withhold results or restrict use when required by content rules, security concerns or service-provider restrictions. This independent tool is not affiliated with NPR or its Tiny Desk concert series.

Availability and support

Features may be unavailable during maintenance, review or provider outages. We do not promise uninterrupted service. Contact support with your request reference for an unresolved job or credit issue. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
