Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to inputs, AI results and how you use or share them. It forms part of our Terms and the One Hub All AI Acceptable Use Policy. A feature being visible does not establish approval by a payment or AI provider.
People, permission and age
You must be 18 or older. Photos are optional. If you add a person's photo, you must be that person or have their permission for the processing and intended use. Everyone in the photo must be 18 or older and must not be a celebrity or public figure.
You must actively confirm the declaration before requesting generation. Permission does not override any restriction below or guarantee approval. Consent is not an exception to restrictions on deepfakes or replacement of one real person's identity or face with another real person's.
Prohibited content and uses
- Sexual and NSFW content: pornography, sexualized nudity, fetish material, undressing, sexual services and non-consensual intimate imagery, including synthetic material.
- Violence and gore: graphic injury, torture, animal abuse, threats, glorification of terrorism or material facilitating serious harm.
- Hate and abuse: hateful or discriminatory attacks, targeted harassment, intimidation and disclosure of private personal information.
- Child safety: any sexualization or exploitation of minors, grooming or child sexual abuse material, including fictional or generated depictions. No minor's photo may be used in this product.
- Deepfakes, impersonation and deception: unauthorized identity use, false endorsements, fabricated harmful depictions or presenting a synthetic performance as a real event. Celebrity and public-figure photos are prohibited. Disclose AI generation when sharing.
- Rights violations: footage, music, photos, logos or other material used without the required rights; violations of copyright, trademarks, privacy or publicity rights. The tool grants no rights in its inputs or outputs.
Illegal activity, fraud and attempts to bypass content checks, limits or access controls are also prohibited.
Content checks and enforcement
Requests and outputs are subject to content checks. A rejection, pending review or unavailable check is not permission to proceed. Automated checks may make mistakes and do not establish that a person has consented or that you own the necessary rights.
We may reject requests, withhold or remove results, restrict access or suspend accounts for serious or repeated misuse. Where appropriate and permitted, we provide an explanation and an opportunity to appeal. Enforcement does not override mandatory consumer rights.
Report a concern or appeal
Email support@onehuballai.com with the page or job reference, a short description and a way to contact you. For an appeal, explain why you believe the decision was mistaken. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, sign-in links or illegal imagery. For suspected child abuse material, provide a location or reference instead of forwarding the content.
