Tiny Desk AI Video is a cloud AI product operated by One Hub All AI. This page supplements the platform Privacy Policy. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to support@onehuballai.com.

Photos and generation

Choosing a photo first creates a preview in your browser. After you confirm the declaration and continue, selected photos are uploaded to private storage. Photos are optional. Requests include the chosen format, quality, fixed template instructions and any uploaded photo references.

This review build delivers a fixed TEST sample. It does not send photos or video to Yir or an AI generation provider, and uploaded photos are not used to create the delivered sample. Waffo Prompt Sift receives the fixed generation text for text screening only; it does not check photos or videos. Cloudflare provides hosting, private storage and task infrastructure. Enabling live AI generation will require an updated description of its actual processing.

Account and service records

One Hub All AI manages sign-in, account identity and credits. We use the minimum account reference required to authorize uploads, jobs and downloads. We record consent version, request and job identifiers, selected settings, safety decisions and credit-operation references for processing, recovery, abuse prevention and support. Payment-card details are handled by the payment provider, not the generation form.

The browser stores a non-secret request reference in session storage so that an interrupted submission can be checked after a refresh. It is not a sign-in credential. Necessary account cookies are described in the platform policy.

Access, retention and your choices

Uploaded photos and generated files are not made public merely because you use the tool. Access is restricted to authorized processing and the account entitled to the result. This TEST preview is restricted to invited reviewers using synthetic, non-personal test images. Do not upload photos of real people or sensitive information during this review.

Automatic file deletion and account upload limits are not yet enabled in this restricted preview. Test files remain in private storage until removed by the operator; contact support to request deletion. These controls must be completed before opening personal-photo uploads to the public. Credit and service records needed for recovery and reconciliation are retained separately. This service is not intended for anyone under 18.
